In line with the Sustainable Development Goals for quality education and to strengthen scientific collaboration between institutions, and as part of the course requirements for Hydraulic Equipment and Systems for fourth-year students of the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, under the direct supervision of the Head of Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Qasim Mousa Madloul, and the course instructors, Assistant Professor Dr. Naseer Salman Kazem and Lecturer Dr. Amir Haider Ali, a visit was organized to the General Company for Hydraulic Industries, a division of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in Baghdad.
The visit included theoretical lectures as well as a field tour of the company’s laboratories and workshops. During the visit, students were introduced to key components of hydraulic systems, testing and measurement devices, and control and monitoring systems.
At the conclusion of the visit, the organizers expressed their sincere thanks and appreciation to the General Company for Hydraulic Industries for their warm reception and efforts to ensure the success of this scientific visit.
