Dr. Shaimaa Saadi Lafta, Professor at the Department of Food Science, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, participated as the Chair of the Examination Committee at the College of Food Sciences, Al-Qasim Green University, Department of Dairy Science and Technology, for the discussion of the Master’s thesis entitled:
“Study of the Effect of Chemical Modification with Citric Acid on Certain Functional and Processing Properties of Whey Protein Concentrate.”
The results of the study concluded that the treatments utilizing citric acid showed superiority in improving some of the functional and processing properties of whey proteins.
We extend our best wishes to Dr. Shaimaa Saadi Lafta for continued success and excellence in her distinguished scientific contributions and academic activities.
