Prof. Dr. Kamilah Ward Shaher, a faculty member in the Department of Plant Protection, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, chaired the external examination committee for the M.Sc. thesis defense of the student Miqdad Fadhil Abbas from the Department of Plant Protection, College of Agriculture, University of Kufa.
The thesis, entitled “Effect of Proline Amino Acid Supplementation on Thermal, Water, and Pesticide Stress to Enhance the Health of European Honey Bees (Apis mellifera L.) under Field Conditions,” investigated the role of proline supplementation in improving honey bee health and resilience under various environmental and chemical stresses.
In recognition of her distinguished scientific efforts and active contribution to enriching the academic discussion, Prof. Dr. Kamilah Ward Shaher was awarded a Letter of Appreciation.
