Wurood Muneer Jallab from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering successfully defended her MSc. thesis entitled “Growth and Yield Response of Okra to Some Nutritional Treatments.”
The thesis aimed to determine the optimal physiological combination of amino acids, fruit-setting regulators, and nutrients applied as foliar sprays to improve the growth and yield of okra pods and seeds.
The researcher recommended conducting further studies to evaluate the effects of these treatments under environmental stress conditions and to investigate their combined effects on other horticultural crops.
Congratulations to the researcher on this achievement.
