Under the auspices of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, and in support of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 4): Quality Education, the Department of Field Crops organized a scientific workshop entitled “Performance Evaluation Form According to the Bologna Process Path.” The workshop was delivered by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hameed Saudi, Head of the Department.
The event aimed to clarify the implementation mechanism of the performance evaluation form in line with the Bologna Process system adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It also sought to highlight the main criteria designed to ensure fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process.
These criteria include:
  1. Student evaluation of the course content and teaching methods,

  2. Department Head evaluation of the instructor’s performance, and

  3. The Instructor’s teaching portfolio.

The workshop provided a comprehensive explanation of each criterion and the grading components assigned to them.
