Professor Dr. Ameera Mohammed Saleh, Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences and Chair of the Industrial Advisory Council, chaired an expanded meeting with the Council members to discuss a number of strategic priorities aimed at:
  1. Reducing the gap between current university learning outcomes and the evolving needs of the labor market.
  2. Following up on the implementation requirements of the Bologna Process and enhancing its implementation mechanisms.
  3. Reviewing current curricula and proposing academic programs that align with the changing work environment.
  4. Strengthening plans to prepare students and faculty members to keep pace with industrial and technological developments.
  5. Expanding cooperation with industrial partners to provide graduates with employment opportunities and practical experience.
  6. Supporting and promoting applied scientific research directed toward solving problems faced by the public and private sectors.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean expressed her sincere appreciation to the Council members for their valuable contributions and constructive discussions, which reflected a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. She emphasized that the ideas and recommendations presented would play a significant role in advancing the College’s academic and scientific mission.
