Assistant Professor Dr. Shaimaa Rifaat Khairi, a faculty member in the Department of Food Sciences, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, participated as a member of the PhD thesis defense committee for the student Yasser Ali Khalaf Al-Sahan from the Department of Food Sciences, College of Agriculture, University of Tikrit.
The thesis was entitled “Determining the Efficacy of Different Concentrations of Kefir Milk in Rats with Diet-Induced Obesity Fed a High-Fat Diet.”
In recognition of her scientific efforts and active contribution to enriching the academic discussion, Dr. Shaimaa received a Letter of Appreciation in acknowledgment of her valuable contribution.
