A committee composed of several faculty members from the Department of Field Crops, headed by Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamid Saud, conducted a field visit in line with the Sustainable Development Goals for Quality Education. The visit was carried out to evaluate the doctoral research experiment of PhD student Adeeb Jamil Amanah, titled “Genetic Evaluation of Introduced Germplasm of Sorghum under the Effect of Sowing Dates and Nitrogen Fertilization.” The experiment is being conducted at the Al-Diwaniyah Research Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and is supervised by Professor Dr. Nazim Younis Abdul.
The committee members listened to a detailed presentation by the researcher regarding the nature of his project and the objectives he aims to achieve. The committee also provided their observations and guidance to the researcher.
