With the aim of enhancing practical learning in the course of Statistics and Experimental Design, the Head of the Department of Field Crops, Professor Dr. Ahmed Hameed Saudi, conducted a field visit to the research stations of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, accompanied by first-year evening-study students from the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment.
During the visit, the components of an experimental design were explained, along with their practical implementation, methods for calculating traits, and procedures for recording data within different experimental designs.
This activity contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by strengthening students’ practical skills and linking theoretical knowledge with field applications.
