The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences – University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop on Management and Strategic Thinking.
Delivered by Asst. Prof. Rabee M. Mahmood, Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, the session aimed to enhance staff performance and improve communication among administrative units. Key recommendations included using the operational plan and agenda templates, as well as strengthening administrative follow-up and feedback.
