Assistant Professor Dr. Lama Khairi Hassan, a faculty member in the Department of Food Sciences – College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences – University of Baghdad, participated as a member of the master’s thesis defense committee for the thesis titled: “The Effect of Sound Waves on the Functional and Nutritional Properties of Millet Protein Isolate” by the student Haider Karim Nasser, Department of Food Sciences – College of Agriculture – University of Tikrit.
In appreciation of her scientific efforts and active participation in the defense committee, Assistant Professor Dr. Lama Khairi Hassan received a letter of appreciation and thanks from the Deanship of the College of Agriculture – University of Tikrit.
