Professor Dr. Ishraq Muneer Mohammed, a faculty member in the Department of Food Sciences at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, chaired the Master’s thesis defense committee for Noor Al-Huda Younis Rashid, from the Department of Home Economics, College of Education for Women, University of Baghdad.
The thesis was entitled “A Study of the Efficacy of Nano-Tannins Extracted from Food Sources in Extending the Shelf Life of Some Food Products.”
In recognition of her distinguished scientific efforts and active contribution to enriching the discussion, Professor Dr. Athmar Shakir Majeed Al-Shatari, Dean of the College of Education for Women, presented Dr. Ishraq with a Letter of Appreciation, expressing the college’s gratitude for her valuable efforts and wishing her continued success and academic excellence.
