Khudair Qader Abdul Hassan Department of Agricultural Machines and Equipment successfully defended her MSc.  work with the title (Design, Manufacture, and Evaluation of a Sunflower Threshing Machine)

The study aimed to address the lack of such a machine and highlight its importance in facilitating the threshing process and encouraging farmers to cultivate sunflowers, which are considered an important crop.

The researcher recommended using the machine near sunflower fields to simplify the transportation of sunflower heads to the machine, ensuring efficient threshing. He also suggested operating the machine at the third speed (200 rpm) as it provided the highest productivity and threshing efficiency. Additionally, he emphasized the need for further studies and development of this machine.

Congratulations to the researcher on this success.
